  • Managed social media programming and campaigns with editors in the U.S. and China. Oversaw follower growth of 780% (or 300,000 people) and increased user engagement.

  • Worked across departments to improve SOM’s systems for applicant tracking, content management, customer relationship management, digital asset management, and translation management.

  • Improved the performance of SOM’s existing platforms, such as som.com, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Increased efficiency of editorial workflow by moving staff onto a content operations platform.
