TechnoServe Website Redesign

While creating the new brand of a (then) 44-year-old, $70 million international nonprofit with a four-person team, I managed the discovery, planning, production, development, and deployment phases of a comprehensive, responsive redesign of technoserve.org. We shipped the product in six months, on schedule. Throughout, I liaised with designers, developers, and internal stakeholders; kept the project aligned with the defined budget, milestones, and scope; and adhered deliverables to outlined requirements and specifications. I also worked to align the design of our new site with TechnoServe’s organizational priorities, the visual identity of our new brand, and online fundraising best practices.
